You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, our artisans begin crafting your items, and cancellations may not be possible.

b. How to Cancel

To cancel an order, please send an email to [contact@berudites.com] with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request.” Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will respond to your request as promptly as possible.

c. Refund for Cancellations

If your order is eligible for cancellation within the specified time frame, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Replacement Policy

a. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in crafting and packaging our products. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer replacements.

b. How to Request a Replacement

  • Customized or Personalized Items: Products that are customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.
